Debby Cr8s: Hello!

Hi all,

It seems forever since I have blogged or posted or made cards or just had a normal week! My diverticulitis / diverticulosis has really had me down since the first week of October. I don’t wish this on anyone so be sure to take care of yourselves! In addition, I have something else going on and not sure if it is scar tissue or what. Diet change after diet change, doctor visit after doctor visit, and still not much better. Family health has also been a concern. It is the time of the year for colds, flu, rsv, coughs, runny noses from allergies, just plain ole runny noses and what ever makes the rounds. I make sure I take my vitamins daily and that has helped with this time of the year ailments. My husband has recuperated from his cataract surgeries and now has eye lid surgery coming up again after the first of the year. One son said, “I was fine til we went to school and ate with the kids.” The other son had a sore throat and head congestion but went to the dr and got antibiotics and cleared up quickly. Thanksgiving we were all together except one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter and enjoyed our son’s mother-in-law and fiancé and had an awesome feast! They outdid themselves again! Christmas promises to be another awesome family deal with all of the family together and this meal they are letting me make dressing from scratch!! They are all so busy and we are 1 1/2 & 3 + hours apart so we enjoy every chance we get. Jimmy and I are well and enjoying our lives to the fullest!

Stampin’ Up! still holds an important and busy part of our lives! November 12, 2022 we were able to gather in person for On Stage for the first time since OS was in Atlanta November 2019. We had an absolute ball in Jacksonville, FL for OS! There were 6 of our team members together. We usually meet in the same place each OS. We missed those who weren’t able to make the trip and thought of you all fondly. We had a shoebox swap after OS on Saturday night. I just can’t stop talking about the fun we had together this OS!!! And the goodies from SU were oh, so awesome! Next year the format will be changed up for OS AND as it is Stampin’ Up!’s 35th year of SU goodness, we will be having 35 different demonstrator sponsored events all over the world! That will be so much fun!

Here are a few pictures from my last class on 11/17/2022. My team member was able to attend this class and we ALL had a blast. These photos will let you see what you are missing by not attending my classes! Of course, this class was a little differently planned and spur of the moment cards were made featuring techniques SU personnel shared with their demonstrators where we were able to participate as they showed us new and exciting techniques and spotlighted certain stamp sets!
