Halloween Theme Challenge September 2021

It is almost Halloween again!  Enjoy this little treat holder I made!  All I did was use the simply scored and score every 2”, then fold, snip or use hole puncher for holes and thread ribbon through.  Really easy and quick and anyone can make this.
